We conduct an in-depth interview with every client in order to establish their requirements. Whenever possible we meet with our clients in person and spend a portion of a day in their business. We feel this is the best way for us to understand our client’s needs and find them outstanding candidates.
We locate the very best talent for our clients by searching our ever growing database of candidates, utilizing our extensive network of contacts established over decades of experience in the hospitality industry, and by targeting companies where high quality candidates can be found.
We endeavor to interview all candidates face-to-face but when this is not possible we will conduct in-depth interviews over the telephone and via Skype. In order to ensure each candidate is of top notch quality, we complete a minimum of three reference checks.
Presentation of Candidates
We present our clients with candidates that are the “right fit” for their organization. We will arrange interviews between our clients and their top prospects.
We can assist our clients in composing a competitive offer of employment for their first choice candidate.
We contact our clients once a month for the duration of the guarantee period to ensure their satisfaction.
