You are a Chef of many talents including, hiring, training, and developing your culinary team, tapping into your creative brilliance and working collaboratively to make seasonal menu changes, and devising and implementing systems to make it all run smoothly.
Your pedigree includes at least 2+ years as a Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume restaurant or hotel known for their amazing scratch cooking culinary program.
