You believe in the art of hospitality, and are earnestly obsessed with service. Skilled in hiring, training, and mentoring sizable FOH teams, you are a supportive and active leader who understands empowering staff is the best way to deliver results. You pride yourself on meeting or exceeding revenue targets, within an acceptable labor cost, at the same time service standards remain extraordinarily high.
While 2+ years progressive leadership experience in a high-volume fine or casual environment will get your foot in the door, you’ll need an ISG or WSET designation to be considered a standout.
