Opening Soon! A renowned UK-based restauranteur with popular restaurant concepts that mix contemporary urban environment, innovative cuisine, cool cocktails, and spectacle is coming to Canada. My client is on the lookout for an Executive Chef ready to orchestrate the opening of their downtown Toronto outpost debuting early this fall.

As Executive Chef, here’s what you bring to the table:

* A background in Asian products and culinary techniques, including seafood

* A readiness to follow corporate structure and recipes, eventually adding your Toronto culinary stamp on the menu

* The ability to write acclaim worthy recipes

* A reputation for being an ace at controlling food costs

* A genuine desire to mentor a large culinary team of 25+

* The ability to spend time training in the UK and USA
