Position: Private Dining Room Sales Manager

An upscale USA-based brand is searching for an ambitious Private Dining Room Sales Manager keen to drive business development and ensure top-notch event execution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restaurant group with a focus on delivering attentive service and outstanding food in their niche market.

You are an intrepid sales person focussed on cultivating long-term client relationships with executives and meeting planners to successfully book events for private dining spaces within the restaurant and pursue off-site catering opportunities. Cold calling is your forte, you have the ability to sell food & beverage, and believe the little details matter a lot. Your resume includes 5+ years in a Sales / Business Development role, preferably with a notable restaurant or hotel, and a demonstrated ability to increase sales. My client offers commissions, profit sharing, benefits, and other sweet perks.
