This wildly successful, Vancouver-based hospitality company is taking the Toronto restaurant scene by storm! Set to open their third T.O. outlet in early 2018, my client is ready to invite a new Sous Chef into their fold.

Here’s what you’ll need to be considered a standout candidate:

*Ability to hire, develop, and retain talented kitchen staff

*Bring and maintain a strong food culture to the kitchen

*Belief in the importance of leading by example

*A reputation for being an outgoing, approachable, organized leader

*Ability to manage food/labour costs to forecasted budget

*2+ years culinary leadership experience in an environment executing 2M food/year
